When you reserve the bus, you will have to put down a deposit on a credit or debit card. The rest of the payment can be paid in cash to the driver at pick up, on the credit or debit card at least 24 hours before the pick up, or by check at least 2 weeks before the pick up.
Yes, but please remember that the legal drinking age is 21 and older. We cannot allow anyone under 21 to have alcohol.
Unfortunately, we do not allow smoking on our limo buses or limousines. This is to keep them in the best condition possible, avoiding a smokey smell, burn holes, and ashes. We do take into consideration that smokers will need breaks, so we include unlimited stops in your price. Take as many breaks as you need at no extra charge!
No problem! Grand Rapids Limo Bus understands that plans change, and we are flexible! It is helpful if we know your destinations ahead of time so your driver can plan out the route, but if not, don't worry about it. Our drivers all carry a GPS, so we guarantee they'll get you there.
No, we include unlimited stops and miles in our price. You can go wherever you would like in your contracted time as long as your pick up and final drop off are in our local service area. To find out if your pick up and drop off are in our local service area, please click on our "Service Area" tab for a list of cities. If you are not in our local service area, we still want to work with you, but you may be subject to an additional (very reasonable) fuel surcharge.
